Transactions are usually tracked within 48 hours, but in some cases it may take upto 5-7 days. It takes 45-90 days for the cashback to get "Confirmed" depending on retailer to retailer.

Some transactions may be declined from the retailer. In these scenarios the matter is out of our hands and any decisions made by the retailers are usually final. In such cases we may not be able to help you futher with your query.

Clearing your browser's temporary internet files and cookies before making the purchase can increase the chances of tracking the transaction successfully.

Though mojority of the transactions get tracked successfully, sometimes a transaction may not be tracked for various technical and other reasons. If you believe this is the case, you can submit a "Missing Cashback" support query from your account within 7 days of transaction.

We try our best to track missing or untracked cashback but in some cases the retailers are not forthcoming with untracked cashback. In such cases, we reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time.
