Transactions are usually tracked within 48 hours, but in some cases it may take upto 5-7 days. It takes 45-90 days for the cashback to get "Confirmed" depending on retailer to retailer.

Some transactions may be declined from the retailer. In these scenarios the matter is out of our hands and any decisions made by the retailers are usually final. In such cases we may not be able to help you futher with your query.
