If the redemption has been processed successfully, you will receive an SMS with the Dispatch details at your registered mobile number within 4 working days from the time the request was placed. You will receive another SMS upon successful delivery of the items at the address maintained on our records. In case of any delays experienced in delivery of the reward items, you may contact the bank by calling or writing to us. Q 10. What happens if you are unable to deliver the item? If we are unable to successfully deliver the gift at the address maintained on our records despite repeated attempts, your Reward Points redemption request will be cancelled and the Reward Points will be credited back to your Credit Card. You will receive an SMS at your registered mobile number informing you of the return. Q 11. Can I order gifts on other catalogues outside of what is eligible for my card type?
