After Redmi 8A, Xiaomi is all set to launch Redmi 8 in India on October 9. Yes, you heard it right. Xiaomi is launching another budget smartphone for Indian customers. The teaser says that the phone will be a champion in camera, display, and battery. Also, the teaser of Redmi 8 microsite on Flipkart reveals that the phone will be featuring a dual rear camera. The microsite teaser also shows that it will feature a big battery, better display, and Aura mirror design. 

The new Redmi 8 is a budget smartphone from Xiaomi that sports a 6.2-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass waterdrop notch display and a higher screen-to-body ratio than its predecessor. The screen comes with a resolution of 1520 × 720 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The phone is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 (12 nm) processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage capacity. You also get support for up to 1 TB of expandable storage. The phone will launch in four different colors - Ash, Blue, Green, and Red.
