Diwali is just few days away, and many online shopping portals are already planning to come up with special festive offers. Meanwhile, telecom operators are offering genuine festive discounts and offers to lure the subscribers. After Reliance Jio, it’s government-owned telecom operator BSNL who announced their limited period offer for Diwali festive season. The offer is limited to regular prepaid top-up packs, as of now, where one can get extra 9% benefits on three full talk-time prepaid recharge packs. The offer will cover all the telecom circles where BSNL operates, and will be valid from 25th October 2018 to 11th November 2018. However, the additional benefits will only cover the voice calls without any data, SMS messages, or add-on services being benefited under the scheme.

The Diwali 2018 season has been all sugar coated with festive offers from all your favourite vendors and telecom operators. This time BSNL has decided to treat their customers with their best play cards when families and friends have to connect with their loved ones to wish them ‘Happy Diwali’ with greetings and love. The offer will be over three recharge packs from BSNL including the Rs 180 pack which will come with a total talk-time value of Rs 190 (including extra 5.5% value), the Rs 410 pack will provide a talk-time of Rs 440 (including extra 7.3% value), and the Rs 510 recharge pack will offer you a total talk-time of Rs 555 (with additional 9% value). Not too long ago, BSNL announced the ‘Diwali Mahadhamaka’ offer and introduced two annual packs under the scheme, priced at Rs 1,699 and Rs 2,099. The BSNL 1699 plan offers 2GB of data per day along with unlimited local/roaming/STD voice calls, 100 messages per day, and a unique free personalised ring back tone (PRBT). On the other hand the BSNL 2099 annual recharge pack comes with 4GB of data per day, unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS messages per day, along with free PRBT. As both the recharge packs are annual, they both carry a validity of 365 days.

BSNL will be offering these new prepaid recharge packs on a pan-India availability basis, from 29th October 2018. However, BSNL doesn’t operate in Delhi and Mumbai circles, but the network operator will include calls made to these two circles under the unlimited voice calls scheme.

Earlier, Reliance Jio was the only Indian network operator that came up with the idea of offering its customers a Diwali offer to connect to their family and friends, and greet them with love on the occasion of this festive season.
