Xiaomi recently launches their flagship Mi 8 with Mi8 explorer edition and MI 8 SE in China. But Xiaomi is in no desire to release MI8 in India.The hype is about the lower variant called MI8 SE, which is rumoured to be launch in India as MI8i.The news reported on beebom.com and the fact Xiaomi wants to flaunt its MI8SE as India’s first device to have Qc’s Snapdragon 710.

Xiaomi’s MI8 SE is the lower variant of MI8 series comes with Qualcomm’s latest release 710 processor. Technically the processor made on a 10nm process sports kryo 360 as an architecture. Snapdragon 710 clocked at 2.2 GHz having a Multicore AI engine, which can smoothly manage AI-associated tasks.

The device comes in 4/6GB RAM +64GB memory variants.
According to Chinese pricing, the device priced at Yuan 1799 (or approx Rs 18,971) for the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant cost Yuan 1999, which is around Rs 21,080 on conversion.
