Street Style Store Returns Policy

Street Style Store does not have a money refund policy, therefore a credit note of the same value is issued for the order returned due to dissatisfaction. The credit note issued can be used for purchases of any products from the Street Style Store. The values of the product can only be availed through the credit note and no COD Charges or taxes are refunded to the customer. In case damaged, used or wrong products are returned to the brand, no replacement order of products can be processed and no credit note will be issued for the same. In order to ensure proper return/ exchange of the products, the customers are advised to keep the products in the original conditions with all labels and tags intact. The product should not be used, damaged or incorrect. 

Post initiation of return of the items/ order, it can take up to 14 days for the package to be delivered back to the Street Style Store facility. The items received at the brand warehouse will be further checked for damages to ensure originality. Post completion of mandatory checks, the process of issuing a credit note of the same value will be initiated and the same will be received by the customer in the account credit. The credit voucher issued by the brand can be checked in the SSS Account Credit. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer on the registered email ID informing about the delivery of parcel at the SSS facility and processing of refund as credit. In case of failure or non-issuance of the credit note within 14 days of sending the package, customers are advised to report the same to the Street Style Store customer service via the Contact Us section. Upon receiving the notification, the customer care executives will look into the matter and provide a satisfactory resolution within 2 to 3 business days.

Street Style Store Exchange Policy

The exchange/ replacement provision at the Street Style Store is guided by certain terms and conditions. In case of delivery of products of imperfect size, the SSS Customer Care team provides complete support for facilitating timely return/ replacement. The customer not satisfied with the size of the product(s) can get in touch with the SSS Customer Care team via the Contact Us section and register an exchange request. The customer care executives will get in touch within 24 hours. The Street Style Store Exchange Policy allows customers to only exchange products if there is size imperfection or having received a defective/ faulty item. The brand takes complete responsibility of fulfilling exchange requests for the first time but levies a nominal charge for exchanges from second time onwards.  

The exchanges of the products can also be initiated by the customers themselves without the help of SSS Customer Care team by Logging into the Account using login credentials and accessing the My Orders section to select the products for exchange and clicking the “Replace” button. The process for exchange will be initiated as soon as the request is placed. 

Street Style Store Refunds Policy

For any returns of the products back to Street Style Store, the issuance of the credit voucher will take up to 21 days including 14 days period of delivery of the package to the SSS facility and following days for checks. The processing of the amount in the form of store credit will take up to 7 days to reflect in the account. The amount of the same value of products can only be processed once all mandatory quality checks are performed and completed at the SSS facility. The customers are sent a confirmation email for successful initiation of the returns and processing of refund to the Street Style Store account. The customers who did not receive a Credit note within 14 days from the date of initiating the return can get in touch with the customer support team at SSS to notify about the same and receive timely resolution. Customers are advised to get in touch via the Contact Us section on the SSS website. For any returns, no delivery charges are refunded by the brand as courier options are provided by third party services therefore the same cannot be refunded back to the customer.
