No. You won’t get any refund if you cancel the Hotstar subscription after the initial free period. When you enable the trial period on Hotstar, you have to fill in your credit card details. Hotstar starts charging you after the last day of the trial period. 
However, if you cancel your subscription within the trial period, you do not have to pay any charges. 

Will I Get a Refund in My Paytm if I Cancel My Hotstar Premium Free Trial within an Hour?

You will receive a refund in your PayTM account only if you have selected PayTM as your mode of payment. Otherwise, you have to provide your bank account details to receive the refund.
