How it Spreads

Several theories have been making rounds pertaining to how Coronavirus spreads but the most reliable information published by WHO can be perceived reliable and authentic. As Coronavirus disease is highly contagious with the highest tendency of being transmitted amongst humans, it has now become even more imperative to prevent ourselves through preventive precautionary measures. The new Coronavirus spreads through contact with an infected person. A person in close proximity of an infected person coughing or sneezing and through his droplets of Saliva or discharge from the nose, can catch the disease.

To avoid being infected by the disease and reduce chances, it is advised to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from a person. The other ways by which the virus can spread is touching the contaminated surfaces or objects that might have the virus on it. Touching the nose, mouth or eyes with hands prior to thorough wash and cleaning with a medicated handwash and sanitizer can be a source for the virus to enter the body resulting in multiplication of viruses and causing illness.
