Taking a step ahead, Redmi is now launching its two new smartphones, K20 and K20 Pro in the Indian market. With this launch, Xiaomi has kicked out their flash sale, offering buyers to buy an upcoming K20 series of smartphones before its official India launch. Xiaomi has announced its pre-booking sale known as “Alpha Sale,” enables users to reserve a phone ahead of its sale.

Redmi K20 and K20 Pro will go on pre-sale in India on July 12 from 12 pm on Flipkart & Mi.com both. This would be a first-one-of-its-kind sale by Xiaomi, offering K20 and K20 pro potential customers a chance to reserve a smartphone before its actual sale, i.e., on July 17 onwards.

Scheduled for launch on July 17, the Redmi K20-series is the first flagship lineup under Redmi brand. Let’s see what new Xiamoi sub-brand Redmi is offering in his flagship lineups.

Starting with the Redmi K20 pro, this smartphone is lit by 6.39-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. As there is no notch or punch hole in the display, the smartphone has the full-screen viewing experience. Redmi K20 pro comes with a 20MP front-facing camera with a motorized pop-up camera mechanism. At the rear, the K20 pro comes with the triple camera setup. The primary camera comes with a 48MP lens equipped with a Sony IMX486 sensor, whereas the telephoto and ultrawide cameras are coupled with an 8MP and 13MP respectively. Moreover, K20 pro comes with in-display fingerprint technology, surpasses the conventional rear-mounted fingerprint technology.

The Redmi K20 pro is powered with the latest Snapdragon 855 soc, offering users a smooth browsing & gaming experience. Redmi K20 pro comes with a Game Turbo 2.0 and eight layer cooling system for making your gaming experience impeccable. The smartphone is housed with a massive 4,000mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging.

On the other hand, the Redmi K20 is powered by Qualcomm’s new chipset, the Snapdragon 730. Like Xiaomi Redmi K20 pro, the Redmi K20 also comes with a 20MP Motorized pop-up camera mechanism and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. The rear camera setup also has the same 48 + 8 + 13 MP configuration, but the primary camera equipped with a Sony IMX582 sensor.
