What’s New This Children’s Day

I remember the time when the internet was not available to all and how we used to keep ourselves engaged with outdoor sports. As those times were the age of innovation, people created and evolved to better modes of entertainment: Radio, TV etc. and that was how we enjoyed.

Change is inevitable, it surely is, and none can stop its effect. People soon realized that TV was, in fact, an Idiot Box and so they moved from that medium to the Internet.

The Internet offered people freedom, not only the adults but the children too, and that is where everything went wrong. Children had access to everything, no matter what age; they can access things which was once out of bounds, even on the securest of all mediums -YouTube.

What will happen if you give a driving license to a kid who is not even off-age? Accidents!!

And the same happens with the internet as children might see something which cannot be wiped off their mind and shape their personality.

However, things changed yet again with the launch of the YouTube Kids App last year and this app has been made better with enhancements this year. In this revamped YouTube Kids App parents can now create a separate profile for their kids and customise it according to their age and the videos they can watch etc..

Plus the parents can access the information to know in detail about how the application works and how they can customise it and flag videos along with choosing the appropriate content for their child. Parents can also control the Toggle Search, they can choose to either turn on the search if they want their kids to access more videos or they can also block the search so that kids use the phone for a limited period of time.

Furthermore, the YouTube Kids App has kept the children’s point in consideration too. Kids can set a passcode on their profiles so that their younger brothers and sisters cannot access it. And the parents need not have to worry about it because they will always have the access to overriding the passcode.

The YouTube Kids App is considerably the best Children’s Day gift for the kids as well as the parents. Children can enjoy their freedom in a fruitful and a productive way and the parents have nothing to worry about the kind of content their younger ones watch. All thanks to YouTube Kids App which will ensure that the kids wouldn’t come across any sort of unwanted material on the internet.
