Moto C2 Leaked Specification and Rumours

Android Go is one of the ambitious projects of Google, And they partnered with several brands to provide the lite version of OS for the budget oriented devices.

Motorola, The Lenovo owned company also working on their rumoured MOTO C2, which will feature Android Go. According to the rumoured specifications, this device will feature 1GB of RAM and 2100mAh battery.Currently,there is no information about Camera setup.

XT1920-15, XT1920-16, XT1920-18, and XT1920-19 total 4 variants of Moto C2 spotted on FCC (Federal Communications Commission).Rumours says XT1920-15 is expected to launch in Western European markets, XT1920-16 in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and the last varients XT1920-18, and XT1920-19 rumoured to be launched in Latin America with single and Dual sim support respectively.

It’s an ambitious project by Google to provide better Android OS performance on low-end smartphones. Entry level smartphones, which are available under Rs5000  or Rs 10000 not coupled with high-end hardware. Due to which, the flawless android experience is not accessible in these smartphones.

Android Go is a low-end version of Oreo, which optimised for the operating system, Google Play Store, and Google apps.

The OS optimised to run on 512 MB to 1GB of RAM, which will use nearly half the space of Android Naugat, provide extra storage for low-end storage devices come with 8 or 16 GB of storage. The device run on android go will be 15% faster than usual, because Google previously released “go” version of various apps like – Google Go, Google assistant Go, Youtube Go,Gmail Go etc.

Previously, Moto one power rumoured to launch under “Android Go” Project. But the latest leaks directed towards stock android to be coupled with Moto one power.The device rumoured to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, a 3780mAh battery, a 12+5-megapixel dual rear camera setup, and Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.
