After rocking the global market, Vivo is finally going to launch its much awaited Full View display smartphone in India, on July 19. Last month Vivo unveiled two new devices under NEX series- the Nex S and the Nex A. The official invite did not reveal the exact version of the smartphone going to release but a new leaked screenshots suggest the upcoming Vivo device will be priced at Rs 48,990 and will be an Amazon-exclusive. If the rumours are to be believed, then the high end “S” version will launch in India with the name of VIVO NEX, with no suffix.
“The report from MySmartPrice suggests, that Amazon.in will provide an additional Rs 5,000 off on exchange and HDFC Bank credit/debit card cashback offer could couple with the device.”

Vivo Nex S runs on the Funtouch OS built on the Android 8.1 Oreo.

Vivo Nex S comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal memory variants. No expandable memory slot is available in the smartphone.

The pop out selfie camera is the highlight for the smartphone. An 8MP camera sensor, with an aperture of f/2.0, is fixed at the front which pops up from the body. The rear setup got a dual 12MP Sony IMX363 sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor. The rear cameras are coupled with dual pixel PDAF and a 4-axis Optical Image Stabilization for smooth footage.
Vivo Nex S Display and Design:
Vivo Nex S features a full edge-to-edge 6.59-inch full HD+ (2316 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED panel with a 19.3:9 aspect ratio. The screen covers almost 91.24% of the whole smartphone body. As the earpiece is missing because of the full screen display, the smartphone uses sonic waves to radiate sound vibration during calls. And the most important aspect of this device is its under display fingerprint scanner developed by Synaptics, which works on pressure capacitive technology.
Vivo Nex S Battery:
The Vivo Nex S is powered by a 4,000 mAh Li-Ion battery, and a 22W charger comes within the package which enables fast charging functionality on the smartphone.

As per the leaks, the device could priced at Rs 48,990, and will be an Amazon exclusive product. The device will launch in India on July 19.
